Pakistan released 80 Indian fisherman who crossed border during Storm

Pakistan released Indian fisherman,

A fisherman or fisher is someone who captures fish and other animals from a body of water, or gathers shellfish. Worldwide, there are about 38 million commercial and subsistence fishers and fish farmers.On Friday 10 November, Pakistan released 80 Indian fisherman who were arrested after accidentally crossing the international border of India-Pakistan during a heavy storm. Indian army officers received them at the Attari-Wagah Border in Punjab’s Amritsar. Pakistan officer stated on Facebook, in which he gives u information that Pakistan authorities released India fisherman on Friday 10 of November.

Indian Fisherman usually work in river to catch fishes or any other water animal. They firstly capture it and then sale that fishes to big markets and earn some money. That’s why they are surviving in their life. It’s a very tough job and tough life for fisherman. Few years before, Indian fisherman accidentally crossed the international border of Indo-Pak during a heavy storm in river. Pakistan government put them in jail on the basis of crossing the border illegally without any permission.

Indian fisherman requested to Indian government,

On Friday, Pakistan government released 80 Indian fisherman who crossed international border during a heavy storm. When Indian fisherman came in India, they are requested to Indian government that there are many more Indian fisherman in Pakistan jail who are stucked. So, we are requesting to our government or Indian authorities to please save them and bring them India. They said we are 80 fisherman that released today, But there are approximately 190 more Indian fisherman who are in Pakistan jail.

“There are 184 others in prison. I would like to urge the government to bring them back as well. Many of them are sick and also suffering with other problems,” he added. “We couldn’t realize when we crossed the border. The Pakistan Navy came and arrested us. It is around 3 years, 3 months after which I have come. I would also urge the government to get our boats released. They are very expensive.
