North Korea bursts South Korea

Last week Yoon, speaking at the UN General Assembly, said that if Russia helped North Korea boost its weapons programmes in return for assistance for its war in Ukraine, it would be “a direct prompting.”
In a piece carried out by KCNA (Korean Central News Agency) the North censured Yoon for “ malignantly” slandering its friendly cooperation with Russia, and said Yoon was serving as a “loudspeaker” for the United States.

Kim returned home
from a week-long trip to Russia last week. He and Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to boost military and economic cooperation.
