Designer Neeta Lulla told that Bhansali had changed Aishwarya Rai’s outfit at the last minute for the climax scene of ‘Devdas’. According to designer, Bhansali had asked her to arrange for a 15 meter long silk saree on the evening of the shooting. She further said, Aishwarya told me that, ‘I have imagined running down the stairs and the pallu if her saree us burning. I need a 15 meter long silk saree for this. I want to such areas, so that if one burns, we have the other one. After listening to Bhansali, Neeta said, i started making search of such type of saree.
